Commission starts only after your referred customer finishes the free trial and becomes a paying customer: their first successfully collected payment is the first one that earns commission, and month 1 is their first paid month. You then earn 25% of qualifying paid subscription revenue in months 1–12 and 10% in months 13–24, reconciled from paid invoices. Nothing is earned on trials, accounts that cancel during the trial, or unpaid, failed or refunded invoices. Agreement, verified tax form, connected payout account and minimum threshold gate payout.
Partner AgreementWith the referred customer's first paid month after the free trial. Trials, accounts that cancel during the trial, and unpaid, failed or refunded invoices earn nothing. The 24-month schedule (25% for months 1–12, then 10% for months 13–24) counts from that first paid month, not from signup or trial start.
