Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We also use similar technologies (local storage for consent preferences, session tokens for authentication). This policy explains what we set and how you can control optional cookies.

• Essential: Session and security cookies required to sign in, protect your account, and operate the EDI platform. These cannot be disabled while using the service. If you enter or apply to our STEP offer, a first-party eligibility cookie and matching local-storage record preserve that requested offer for up to 90 days.
• Product analytics (optional): PostHog events describing feature usage — no customer EDI payload content. Loaded only after you accept analytics in our cookie banner or Privacy settings.
• Marketing measurement (optional): With marketing consent, we store campaign parameters in local storage and use a random first-party visitor cookie for up to 365 days to deduplicate pricing and marketplace interest and conversion events. This release keeps browser measurement first-party and limited to public pages; third-party advertising tags are not loaded.

When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept optional analytics or continue with essential cookies only. Signed-in users can update choices anytime under Dashboard → Settings → Privacy & cookies. See also our Privacy Policy and Do Not Sell or Share page.

Withdrawing marketing consent clears stored campaign attribution and expires the first-party marketing visitor cookie. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps marketing measurement off.
