How do commissions work?
You earn up to 25% of the monthly subscription fee on every active client you refer, for the duration of their paid subscription. Commissions are reconciled monthly; exact commission rate, payment cadence, and any minimum payout threshold are set in the partner agreement signed during onboarding.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The partner program has no minimum commitment, no monthly fees, and no quota. You can refer as many or as few clients as you like. If you go inactive, your account simply pauses — you're never charged for not referring.
Can I white-label SignalEDI?
Yes — Reseller Partners can white-label the platform under their own brand. This includes custom logo, color scheme, and your own domain. White-labeling is available on Reseller tier agreements. Apply above and select Reseller Partner to learn more.
How do I track my referrals?
Every partner gets access to a dedicated partner dashboard showing clicks, sign-ups, active subscriptions, and pending/paid commissions in real time. You'll also receive a monthly commission statement by email.
What support do partners get?
All partners get access to a dedicated partner support queue with priority response times, co-marketing materials, and a partner knowledge base. Technology and Reseller partners also get a dedicated partner success contact. Reach us at support@signaledi.com.
What if my client upgrades their plan?
Great news — your commission scales with them. If a client you referred upgrades from Starter ($199/mo) to Growth ($499/mo), your monthly commission increases from $49.75 to $124.75 automatically, with no action required on your part.
