The SignalEDI free trial runs for 30 days with Growth-tier access — retail and healthcare X12 workflows, AI-assisted mapping and validation, and self-serve partner setup. No credit card is required to start.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The standard SMB trial starts without a credit card. You get Growth-tier access for the trial window so you can evaluate mapping, validation, and partner readiness paths.
What happens after I sign up?
You land in Connect: describe who you are in free text if you like, paste or upload the partner mandate, watch Signal stand up the integration with visible status, confirm what Signal found, and see a first test order that Signal builds and checks, in the same sitting for a partner it already knows. No app catalog or transport picker.
Can I talk to sales during the trial?
Yes, but it is optional. Self-serve evaluation is the default. Contact sales from support when you want human context for enterprise procurement or security review.
What happens when the trial ends?
After 30 days without a card your workspace becomes read-only. Sending to partners pauses, and your setup and documents are kept for 90 days. You can choose a plan at any time to keep going. You need a card only to take a partner live, create live API keys, or add a paid add-on.
