Invite-only · Partner program
STEP is a small, invite-only cohort for teams shipping trading-partner and integration work with SignalEDI. Participants receive three months at half price while we stay close to what is working in the field.
In return, we ask for weekly feedback surveys (short, structured prompts—no separate survey SaaS required) and good-faith collaboration on priorities, rough edges, and documentation so the product stays honest for owner-led operations teams.
What you receive
Enrollment is recorded in our control plane, the operations team is notified with your contact and company details, and partner outreach is coordinated through the same admin email patterns we use for support escalations. Billing relief is applied in Stripe (coupon or credit) by operations after verification—see the billing note below if you already have a Stripe customer id.

One short check-in per week for the program window—timing and format are coordinated over email. Reminders are driven by an internal weekly job; there is no requirement to use a third-party survey product.
We may ask for concrete examples (redacted partner emails, portal screenshots, or workflow notes) so improvements land in the right order. You stay in control of what you share.
If AI comes up
Optional LLM-assisted features in Mandate Support call the OpenAI API on your deployment when configured. That is not the same as pasting sensitive partner data into the consumer ChatGPT app or website. Verify anything material before it leaves your organization.
Scope
Mandate Support is centered on trading partner mandates, EDI, portals, billing workflows, and integration onboarding. Your program can include plain-language help with mapping (partner IDs, qualifiers, endpoints, certificates) and testing plans—while VAN routing, AS2 endpoints, translation maps, and production API calls stay in your ERP, middleware, or integration partner’s stack. This deployment does not ship an in-product AS2 server or VAN mailbox unless a separate engagement adds it; treat those as patterns you implement outside this portal. Optional sales/outbound automation on the same server uses an HTTP control plane API (policy, drafts, send gates) from tools like n8n—separate from mandate tracking unless your team connects them.

Billing
Operations applies a Stripe coupon or customer credit for the three-month STEP window after your enrollment is verified.
If your organization already has a Stripe customer record with us, you may include that id on the form so automation can attach the configured coupon when the server has both
STEP_STRIPE_COUPON_ID and a valid key. Otherwise the enrollment record still stores
billing_intent: step_half_off_3mo for manual follow-through—existing billing flows are unchanged.
Enrollment
Use the work email from your invite. If the server has closed enrollment, you will see an error and can still reach us via the email fallback.
The form submits to POST /v1/support-intake with JSON field campaign: "step" (same public endpoint as standard intake).
We record the STEP program, entitlement window, survey obligation, and outreach routing. You will receive human follow-up from support@signaledi.com with next steps.
