How 67 is used
Returned in AAA03 at the patient loop. Run a 270/271 eligibility check first; if eligibility finds the member and the 278 does not, compare exactly which identifiers each transaction sent.
Example
A request with an old member ID after a plan migration returns AAA03 = 67.
